Hannah / Austin Senior Session / Austin Senior Photographer

I've known Hannah since she was born I have been best girl friends with her mom since WE were in high school. Through the years I've watched her grow and change, mature and regress all to get to this point. I got a text from her a couple of weeks ago, this is it, this is finally it! Graduation! Senior pictures.

I was recently galavanting through the streets of east Austin on the way to a wedding when I passed this wonderful wall, I just fell in love it, ends at a nice curve in the road that serves to block the light a bit but also lets it in at exactly te right moment. The sun sets perfectly, this was news to me ;) The location, within 20 feet, also offers a steal wall and and roof top, and railroad track much to the delight of our dear Hannah. The location is super secret, I'm sure I'll use it a few times and move on to the next muse location.

Hannah was a pleasure to work with. I am so excited for her, a new boyfriend and promising goals for next year. I can't wait to see what the next 5 years has in store for her.

Miranda - Round Rock Senior 2011 - Austin seniors photographer

Round Rock Senior, Miranda's mom works with my best girlfriend from highschool How about that?! We had a lovely day shooting at the Round Rock which it turns out, just like Plymouth Rock actually exists. who knew? I didn't know ;) It was awesome at the beginning of our session she asked me "What do I do with my hands?!" and byt the end of the session she was a seasoned pro. It was great working with you. congratulations. All the best at school next year, knock em' dead!

Suzanne (Mrs O'Brien) and I have been friends since we were in high school together, quite a while ago, don't even ask... When we moved from New York to Austin it was for the promise of good friends in the area and of course, because it's Austin. This is Suzanne, Kelly, Hannah, Emily, and James.

Hannah is my best girlfriend from High school's daughter. In fact I was the first person to take a picture of Hannah.

Fast forward 16 years and here is that sweet little nugget all grown up.

Lara is a Senior in Round Rock. She's not sure what she wants to do for a career in her life yet, and feels quite a bit of pressure about this.

She is taking advanced credit classes at ACC already.

She is a Varsity Cheerleader.

She's cute and funny.

And she's hoping for a place on the Homecoming Court in a few weeks.

Kate + Ryan Married!

Location: Casa Blanca 
DJ: ATXDJ ( did i mention how much I loved their music?! he had everything, including a little known song by Melanie. I highly recommend.)

I first met Kate early last year, we were out of her budget and she was ready to move on. However, she was convinced we were right and months later she called and asked frantically if the date was still available. Luckily it was, it turns out they were able to shift funds around here and there and were able to afford a high priority for them. I sure was glad they did.

They have been together for quite a while. Spending time away from each other while Kate teaches elementary school here in Austin and Ryan alternated semesters of college with internships for NASA. They finally made it to the same city and then living together, now they're married and blissful.

Their wedding was so joyous, we were thrilled to be there.
Thank you for working so hard to choose us.

2.1.10 Brenna + Kyle Married!

I have been so excited to see these files, the wedding was so beautiful! We met Brenna and Kyle just a few months ago and shot their engagement session 3 weeks ago. I just love these guys, they were so much fun to be around. When the glasses were being raised and their bridal party spoke so highly of the 2 of them I knew just what they were speaking about.  They were so charming, funny, and warm. The wedding was a blast, coordinated by the ever capable Courtney Cornelius @ Premier Event Source and the cake from Crazy Cakes was OUT of CONTROL. Wow. The best I've seen so far! Check these guys out they just might be that missing piece to your wedding day puzzle.
